Asus ROG Strix XG349C, new 34-inch ultra-wide QHD (3440 x 1440) curved monitor

Asus ROG Strix XG349C - 34" WQHD Fast IPS curved display, 180Hz refresh rate, ELMBAsus has unveiled a new 34-inch ultra-wide QHD (3440 x 1440) curved monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio and 1900R curvature for panoramic gaming. Dubbed Asus ROG Strix XG349C, it arrives with a Fast IPS panel offering 180Hz overclocked refresh rate and 1 ms GTG response time. The panel covers 135% of the sRGB and 98% of the DCI-P3 color space. The model is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified providing a typical brightness of 400 nits.

The model features the Asus Aura Sync lighting technology that provides the ambient lighting to achieve perfect synchronization with Aura-enabled components and peripherals. It also includes the Asus-exclusive GameFast Input technology, GamePlus hotkey with in-game enhancements, GameVisual, color accuracy, gamma adjustment, Shadow Boost, Trace Free Technology, etc. The monitor also supports Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) and ELMB Sync. There's a pending NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible certification for the model. Ultra-low blue light and flicker-free technologies for protecting the eyes are on board with respective TUV Rheinland certifications.

The Asus ROG Strix XG349C is equipped with an ergonomic stand for height, swivel, and tilt adjustment. A pair of 2W speakers is on board along with two USB Type-A 3.0 ports, a USB Type-C port with DP Alt Mode, an HDMI 2.0 input, DisplayPort 1.4.
